- Valid Texas Driver's License
- Clean Driving Record for the Last Three Years
- Reliable Transportation
- Able to Pass a Drug Test

- At Least Three Years of Experience as a Repossession Agent
- CARS Certification
- Knowledge of RDN
- Computer Literacy
- Knowledge of LPR System
- (IM) Licensed
